    I had a bad Stammer when i was young..but I grew in confidence as I got older.and although I still stammer occasionally.it doesnt bother me now.

    1.Take a deep breath before you speak
    2.Pause and take a breath more frequently during speaking.
    3.Speak ultra s-l-o-w-l-y
    4.Pronounce every syllable s-l-o-w-l-y
    5.Let one word flow into another
    6.Don't think ahead. (dont try to think ahead to words that will trip you up)

    when i was young i was really bad . used to stammer all the time . mom took me to see the speach throphist or how ever you spell it and im fine now . if im with someone who as a stammer i tend to do it sometimes but apart from that im fine
