Hi all, I hope you can help. I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 which is about 3 years old. This model of laptop has around 8 media buttons on the front of the laptop (e.g. mute, play, pause, skip....). Recently when watching a movie on my laptop it will get into a loop of play/pause with the lights illuminating on the media…

Hi all,

Recently when watching a movie on my laptop it will get into a loop of play/pause with the lights illuminating on the media buttons. I think the base of the laptop may be slightly loose as the laptop is 3 years old.

The question I have is, does anyone know how to deactivate these media buttons so that this doesn't happen anymore?
