No idea of the cost but these guys should be able to give you a quote.

Ballinlough refrigeration should give you a quote.

The fibreglassing of the interior can be dear and if done wrong can be a nightmare.

Water gets into wiring, doors wont close right etc

depends on how cold you need the van to be and what you'll be carrying. Be aware that these things weigh quite a bit (you may need to get glassfibre insulation in the back too) you'll have to get a bulkhead built, and your payload may be hugely reduced.

It may be more economical to get a van that's already been converted (costs could run into a huge percentage of your van's value)

I've got a Transit Connect in with Ballinalough at the moment for Fibreglass insulation. €1,100 + VAT for that with no fridge unit.

VTR (Fridgevan now) do a kit which fits in to most vans, that would have been €1,000 but it took them soooo long to get back to me it's worth paying extra for someone who sounds like they want the business.

I have seen a lot of Ballinloughs work and it seems to be high spec stuff.

They also have a good customer back up and are more than willing to give advice to us if we are stuck with one of their fridges.

I've used Ballinlough plenty of times in the past and never had a problem.
