A limited company i worked for have now been struck off and dissolved by the CRO.
The company has outstanding debts, including non payment of wages to staff.
The two company directors are also directors of other companies.

    QUESTION TIME:

+Will the former employees ever have a chance of getting their wages, redundancy due to them even if they go through the rights commissioner, labour courts etc?

+Will the two directors be stopped from owning other companies?

+Are they now personally liable for any debts?

+As a dissolved company are any assetts,eg buildings, goods, now the property of the state?

I have managed to get money from the rights commissioner. Similar situation as you, company closed down and didn't pay all my wages.

Regarding question 2, it depends, regarding question 3, unlikely.
