CV Templates

Am I crazy or is there such thing as a good CV template? I know it might vary depending on the industry but I'm in a position now where I want to put one together. By "want" I mean "need". I've never really needed one before (and the ones I had sucked) because I tend to get jobs based on who I know. Cheers.
