    The Title says it all, If my battery gets low a little pop up baloon comes up at the bottom right, blah blah

    I need a Beep or sound or something Better!!
    Is there any downloads or anything that some one can reccommend??

    Have you tried the default Windows alarm?

    Control Panel > Sounds > System Sounds (or something)
