Hey down this neck of the woods this weekend and wondering if anyone knows of any decent 3-4hr spins with climbs if possible. Dont mind driving to start off point.
Im always pretty nervous driving on the roads up there with yer boy racers and what not.....

I did a nice climb up that way. The road does turn into somethng worse than Paris Roubaix at one point, but it's worth doing. I'll map it for you.

i'm up the road from there I wouldn't worry too much about the boy racers I hardly ever see a car 4 cars in 36k last sat aft round lough eske (2 hotels on route) apart from the main road but plenty of room there

clockwise around lough gill is a good route, starting in sligo town, following the signs for dromahair on the R286 and 288, after leaving dromahair, turn rt on to the 287 back into sligo, journey is about 30 miles,

few other good routes around sligo town takeing in the costal towns of strandhill and rosses point if you want to add a few miles to your journey, cycle all my self either individally or a combination of them

Check out Innisfree Wheelers cc on the web. They have a few routes posted. Their Yeats Country Challenge is a great spin
