    Which form is it, where can I get it and besides the form and money do I need anything else.

    I just went down to the Motor Tax office in Ballymun- they have lots of forms there. You will have plenty of time to fill it in cos its usually a long wait!

    You need the insurance number and company and the NCT number as well as the expirey dates for both of these...

    Or stay in your comfy chair, ring Shannon and ask for a pin. Wait for a couple of days for it to arrive in the post and then pay your tax on line. That's what I did :)
