For the first time in my life, i sold something on eBay.

Sold for €130, and my paypal account got €122.63 (paypal fees).

So i go to my eBay and i see this:

    Edit: Pic removed.

So what is that all about? I'm assuming that's how much I owe eBay, but there's no 'pay now' option, or anything like that.

I notice it says 'billing cycle - last day of each month' but surely i don't have to wait for the end of the month for them to take the money? (or do i?)

Anyone with any experience able to help?

Sign in to ebay and go to your (My account)
Click seller account and you can pay the fee with a one-time payment with paypal

If your billing cycle is the last day of each month, that means if you have an automatic payment method, eBay will take payment by that method about a week or two after your invoice is issued at the end of the month.
