Hi all, Was wondering if anybody had any information on a development on Sion Hill Road, D9 opposite the Goose Tavern Pub? I cant find anything on the internet, it looks like apartments and i think its being done by Olympia Developments(which i cant find any info on either). Thanks all

I heard someone mention that the apartments were going to rented out as student accommodation. I think the person said the developers had a deal with a university for three years. I'm not sure how credible this information is as I only heard it off someone.
