Average semi-D - how far do you see price falling by this time next year?

    Ok .. hope this hasn't been done before...I'm simply curious..

    Prices are tumbling and tumbling...and will be for quite some time yet..so if we take an average semi d in Dublin..currently making say 380k (was probaly 480k + at the height of the boom..) what do you think will be the price come this time next year?
    Just an intersting subject especially with rising unemployment, budget next month, the end of rip off Ireland etc etc...

    I'll start the ball rolling and say I personally think It'll only be worth 250k
