Hi Does anyone know if there is a studio that can turn a photo into an Andy Warhol effect Photo, unfortunately I don't have a soft copy only a photo? Thanks

There are some threads here that give links to freeware photo editing programs that do this easily. Some of the plugins in Irfanview work relatively well and should save you time and money.

Photocare, in Lower Abbey Street offer this service. Takes about a week.
24x24" print with 4 panels is approx €100, or €130 framed.
Artwork excluding prints is about €70
