    Hi, Having a big problem with my laptop, it just died all of a sudden.

    When I turn it on there is just a black screen saying Windows didnt start properly and this might be due to a software or hardware change then a list of options to chose from i.e.

    Safe mode, Safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompt, start windows normally.

    I have tried all options and nothing has worked, a blue screen pops up for a couple of seconds and then it goes back to the black screen again.

    Anyone know what I can do to fix this?:eek:
