Work hours reduced and job seekers benefit expiring!

    Hey guys

Been working part time, 3 days a week and claiming casual job seekers benefit. I got a letter this week saying my benefit is due to expire soon as of the budget 2009 and my PRSI contributions. The same day i was told in work that its too quiet and that i'll be reduced to one day a week.
Been looking even more like crazy for a job but is there anything i can do?

With the letter I got the form to apply for jobseekers allowance, but i know i wont get it as i live with my parents and their income is too high (not that i receive any of it) and i'm 24.

Can i reapply for the benefit in couple months or something?

    thanks
