    I thought it might be an idea to share some thoughts on Urban genre, as I enjoy photographing graffiti. While it used be associated with urban decay, some of the walls in Dublin have fine examples of real art, rather than crazed daubs.

    The thread that has just been closed on the subject showed some promise. I was not aware of any sub-text when I posted to that thread, so I hope that the post (now removed) did not cause offense.


    "Urban" photography used be associated with grainy BW and gritty subjects.

    Is this changing?
