I've been living abroad for some time now so I want to see if I can start watch irish tv on the net. I tried it before, typing in different proxies but I never knew exactly what I was doing.

Can anybody give me instructions on how to correctly replace your ip address, and maybe advise me where I can get useful Irish or British proxies.
