MHRV Ducting

Can anyone give me some info on the ducting used for MHRV as i am trying to figure out the depth of my false ceiling to accomodate the ducting? thanks

I have main feed and extract ducting @ 200m dia
Secondary ducting 100 and 150mm depending on flow rates ie. living room is 150mm and bedrooms 100mm
Extract is 100mm dia into 200mm main duct

I have 160mm coming from unit with 160 - 125 - 100 diameters the further you get away from the unit.
