My OH got interested in rugby recently, he's never played and has no connections but he has good posture for it :) Are there any amateur options for an enthusiastic 30yo in South Dublin (we're in Stillorgan)?

Thanks - yes we notice them around but we were not sure if you can just walk in... Aren't they for pros, or school age only? We're not Irish so sorry for dumb questions :D

Stillorgan rugby club. We play in Clonskeagh. And always welcome new players :) The season is almost over now, but if he is interested in playing next season, drop an email and he will get all the details for next season

All of the clubs i've mentioned have multiple teams that go from social to semi-professional competing in the different leagues. the stillorgan club looks good.

He could join one of the tag rugby teams that play during the summer if he is only a beginner. Its seems a very popular sport in ireland at the moment!
