    Hi,
The place were I usually get my nails done shut down overnight back in January. Since then I have been getting my nails done in town but thats so much hassle. Was wondering if there is any place or anyone around the Lucan area doing gel nails.

haven't a clue about lucan but there is 3 places in maynooth here that I can think of, one is Je' Meills on the main street & they always have discounts on gel nails & the staff are lovely

Was it Zazu? I got my hair done there and had appointment for the morning it had closed! Anyway if it is there, I still get my hair done by one of the girls there, I can see if she knows if the nail girls are doing nixers?

You could always learn to do it yourself (many good quality gels and brushes and uv lights available on ebay, plus tutorial dvd). You need a steady hand and with a bit of practice.... would save some money too.
On the other hand, it's much more relaxing to have someone else do it ;)
