I know this whole fees introduction thing is early days and everyone is pretty confused but does anyone have an idea about this, I'm in second year and want to take a year out before my final year, but does anyone know does this mean I would be eligible for paying fees, or still be exempt seems as I started in 2007.

There are no official details about fees at the moment, Batt O'Keeffe hasn't published the report yet. So it's impossible to say!
