Has anybody purchased an apartment in the Silver Coast Beach Resort, Portugal lately, I really need to know the price you paid as we are in negotiations with a Real Estate Company about the resort and feel we are being screwed with the price.
    Please let me know.

If you feel its too much, don't buy. On thing to do is to check what locals are paying for similar properties in the area in tdevelopments that are several years old.

I presume you know all the local intracacies about property taxes, wealth taxes, planning permission, title validity, etc.?

We agreed to buy a two bed one bathroom this time last year on the top floor with sea views for 205000. not sure what prices are today, would be interested in knowing how much they are asking today ?
