Someone is in trouble in the WI camp for calling the players off.

    Wow, smart stuff.

Sheets of paper, really? Would it not be easier (and more accurate) to just write a computer program to calculate d/l for you, and not be looking at tonnes of numbers on a sheet?

Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit! :D

The problem, it seems, is that they forgot about the wicket they lost. Reading the grid (produced by a computer program) requires you to know the balls bowled and the wickets lost - six wickets down, it's one score, seven down it's another, higher, score.

A big boo-boo and one that simply should not happen in any form of serious cricket.

Yet another West Indian farce in this series with England alone

    England lose, again.

They're gonna take some beating from Australia this summer. Wonder what the odds of them losing every single test, odi, and the 20/20 are?

The funny thing is its the weakest Australian team in years too though. Mitchell Johnson aside, the current bowlers are average at best. They can't find a decent spinner this time either which is significant considering Warne took 40-odd wickets in 2005. I think England have a fair chance if they get their act together.

Glad to see the Windies back on track after Friday's shenanigans. Shiv is something else! After tearing Harmison to shreds in the last game, today's reverse sweep off Broad was another for the resumé.

    North
    Hughes
    Ponting
    Clarke
    M Hussey
    Katich

I really cannot see how a poor England attack can get through a line-up like that, even though Australia's isn't much better. Hussey would be probably the weakest link there, but still..

Then Haddin and Johnson just got 123 n.o. against the SA attack.

    A 0-0 Ashes is a good bet :D

Well I think if the England bowlers are firing on all cylinders they have the potential to be much better than the Aussies.

With Anderson, Broad, Fllintoff, Panesar/Swann, the enigma Harmison and a few other possibilities I'd say they could have a clear advantage there.

Batting wise Australia probably have the edge but at the same time there aren't many names in the lineup that'll frighten England unduly.

is anybody else watching this rubbish? I was but switched over to the far more entertaining Pro20 match between SA and the Aussies.

England have completely failed to adapt to the quicker pitch - first quick one they have played on since the summer but they are professionals and should be able to read the pitch better. 71-8 off 26.2 at the moment!

    They are rubbish.

Something needs to change in the camp.

They seem to be getting worse with each game goes by

I don't care if Australia don't have Warne, McGrath etc. anymore. They've just beaten South Africa and England have completely gone to shít. The only games England won't lose will be draws because of the weather.

I'm watching the SA-Australia 20/20. Much better entertainment.

Very glad I did, great match.

That was the most one-sided ODI I've seen in a long time. Memories of the Stanford for 20 million game.

Nice to see Gayle back to his best. It was a shambolic England batting performance though, I can't think of one batsman who didn't get himself out. Well done Windies though, good chance of a clean sweep in Test, T20 and one-dayers.

Very disappointing stuff, get home at 7.00 looking forward to 3 hours cricket in the glorious Barbados sunshine to find instead that its nearly game over.

Glanced at the screen when I first switched the telly on, saw I think 41 needed from 36 and assumed it was 36 balls, took me a few seconds to realise it was 36 overs.

Collingwood - the umpire robbed him of his wicket!
