    Hey,

Just wondering can O2 unlock the iphone if you have spent a certain amount on your phone - they do that for other phones once you have spent a good few hundred euro.

Anyone know if I call would they unlock the iphone for me - want to move to Meteor?

No they won't. At the min they will not unlock any iPhone under any circumstances. Ur best bet is a soft unlock. Have a look at the "iPhone Unlocking Information" sticky!

I think they change the rules when it comes to the iPhone.

Can't seem to find any info, but I would be very sure they would never unlock it for you.

According to Darryl on the O2 forums the simple answer is no.
They will unlock any other phone after u spend so much/pay them.

    iPhone is under different rules.
