Currently thinking of buying a passat and want to trade in my 02 Bora 1.4 base 97K miles How much can i expect from a garage trading in against an €11k Passat Similar are advertised on carzone/driving for 4000 approx

02 Boras are not making anywhear near €4k so those asking €4k will be waiting along time for their phone to ring.

The important thing here is not how much your car is worth or how much the Passat is selling for but how much it will cost you to trade up. My guess would be around €8,500 to €9,000.
