My wiper blades won't stop

Hey all, I have an 02 skoda octavia whose wiper blades just wont stop. They go full speed in the off position but all other positions are working fine. I now have to leave them on the lowest of the intermittent speeds but it's driving me bananas. It's been going on three weeks now! Can anybody suggest a solution? Thanks in…

Hey all,
