The dynamic range meter looks like an inverse of the RMS level.
Not bad but here is the one I use.
Has peak RMS and spectrum analyzer in it. Free too!

This isn't just a meter... look around on the site, they are pushing to get this as an industry standard for new music reviews. The offline meter is awesome - i've even been able to see my progression towards more dynamics in mixes over the last six months - very handy.
