Castlebar broadband speed upgrade

    just notice my router is now connecting at 5MB down and 512k up, an upgrade from my 3mb and 384k.

    i am on the Westport road and my line stats are not good.

    just wondering has anyone else had this?

    Hi, I am in Westport and I just did a quick check. Because it has been slow all day I am doing a security scan. any ways my download is 870kbps
    upload is 67.6 kbps its not being this slow for a while.

    Everyone on 3Mb got upgraded to 7.6Mb a few months back. The further from the exchange you are the less speed you get...maybe 5Mb.
