€75.00 cheque from sky

Just wondering if the following can be done if anyone is joining Sky.the offer at the moment is a free Sky + box for your friend and a cheque for €75.00
for the person who gets them to sign up.You can get as many friends as you like to join as long as its before 14th April.My idea is as follows

Let me be the one to give your details to sky ( you save money)
Let sky give me a cheque for €75.00 for each "friend" that i get to sign up.
I put the cheques into my account and give the same value to the Irish Cancer society who have a daffodil day tomorrow.
before anyone asks the money won't be "resting in my account" and I'm not from Nigeria looking for anyones bank details to release millions.I just thought of it to get Sky to put something back into our community

As I said I'm not trying to con anyone and if the mods need to remove this feel free.I'm also not connected to the Irish cancer society

Fantastic idea, and cant see why it couldnt be done, but I never knew of any1 who actually got the deals sky claim when referring a friend as theres a billion rules and regulations regarding the collecting of offer..

but saying that wishing you every success with your great idea...and I for one hope it works

I dont think many will be taking up that offer at the minute because until the end of March when you sign up you get a half price sky+ box (€24.50) and FREE installation. Your saving €50 by going with this deal

sounds like a good idea , but i'd say there are something to get in the way , like the mods in boards or the legal team in Sky
