Hi all, I've got a quick question, for ye all. My NCT was up in Jan 08 and I only got it Passed in Jan 09, So now it has only one year left. My question is, I want to now sell the car and think it would sell better with two years nct. Can I re-apply to get NCT done again for a further two years from todays date or not

    Nope. You cant.

An extra years test wont make a massive difference when it comes to resale either.

you can only apply 3 months early I think. So if you applied in 9 months, you would get a cert for 2 years & 3 months
