STRESS SITUATION

hi hope someone can help me . i am with my company 12 months , recently got told was getting made redundant , although the company doesnt have to offer me redundancy , they are giving us 2200 euro .
anyway my question is

1. if i feel i have been unfairly dismissed as it went on a criteria basis , 1 took the company to the unfair dismissal panel can they withdraw the redundancy if i lose the claim .

2. boss also has warned if i go sick he will reclaim the money . my question is can he do this , even if i am genuinely sick and have certs to prove

It is a big company ?
If its a small place , and your boss is the owner , then they often
don't know what they can do legally themselves.
doesn't stop them threating though.
