    hey everyone,
My parents are setting off in their camper on monday, and bringing our dog with them, the dog has her passport blood test etc done,

and after ringing a number of different agencies etc we still have no idea what the dog needs to have done before it travels into france and spain.

firstly, do the dog have to be treated for ticks for entry into england?
are the're any special requirements for bringing a dog into france and spain?

    please help!

You dont need anything to go to England but before travelling in to France the dog will need to be brought to the vet 48hrs before travel to be treated for fleas and ticks, this is the same when going from france to spain.

As long as the dog is up to date with its vaccinations/papers/passport, going to France from the UK has no other requirements.
I don't think there is any specific requirements either from France to Spain (afaik).
However, on the way back from France to the UK, the pet has to go to the vet 48 to 24 hours before the ferry departure time in order to receive a wormer. Also, in this direction, the rabbies vaccination has to have occured at least 6 months before the journey.
