Application not found? plz help

    Hi im having problem downloading anything on the internet even when i hit the back or use the quick way of getting to a website the ctrl return method, the popup application not found appears. Anybody know how i could fix this?. Have i deleted anything that would cause this error?. I have tried restarting various services that had been disabled but same problem occurs. Thanks for any further advice.

    edit: I tried updating pokerstars and got this message 'signature expired or wrong time settings' ???? :o

    do you mean downloading a file through a web browser?
