I'm usually up early enough to catch gf on todayfm, but was wondering about some of the characters and the joke behind them.

What's the story with Andrea Roche answering all her questions, annoyed, with something like,
"Can ya not ask me another question" or
"Look, just start over again"

And who is Malachy based on on the piss-take of the Joe Duffy show?

It's not often I give out about Gift Grub but for me the Andrea Roche impersonation has no business there. Not remotely funny, I'm afraid. A bit like the female Paul Collins.

And no, I am not against female Gift Grub characters. I just think the two I mentioned above don't add anything to it.

The unfortunate thing is though she will be around for a while on Gift Grub, what with her upcoming appearance on that Celebrity GAA thing on RTE1!!!
