    Hi,

Our lawn has no grass in many areas and other areas the grass is a yellowish colour.
What is the best way to repair this? Is lawn fertiliser enough??

Also any good weedkiller for slab pavement? And something good for cleaning the slabs?

    Thanks for your help.

Yellow patches would indicate nitrogen deficiency, so apply a spring lawn feed with a high Nitrogen content, that should quickly restore the green. The bald patches could be anything, if not caused by foot or dog traffic, most likely poor ground with poor drainage etc? Is it a new site/garden, if so, probably more rubble/hardcore than soil below ground.

Spray patio area with Roundup (kills top and root). Some elbow grease and a bucket of water and yard brush might clean the slabs, in severe cases use a power wash.
