Hey hows it going people I am looking for some advice, My problem is this, I always want to talk to my girlfriend and call her quite often, but when I am very drunk I can fly off the handle at little things. So apart from not drinking as much which I have started trying to do, or not ringing her, any advice?

If you're not gonna ring her as much or get as drunk then you might have solved the problem already? Or is there something else you are looking for advice on?
