    hi folks, i went to watch sky anytime and it came up as password protected, this never happed before is there a way to undo it? or will i need to ring sky?? thanks

    That happens if the programme you wanted to watch was unsuitable for kids. Your password is 'usually' the last 4 digits of your viewing card. You can check this by logging in to their website.

    Had the same problem - just rang up Sky & the changed it to a pin I wanted.

    It was the last 4 digits of the viewing card before btw

    ye that also happens to a 18+ recording , and you try to watch it the next day b4 9.00pm

    the prob was that it wasnt the last four digits of number,however i did get it changed on the + menu, thanks for your replies guys:D
