Faulty SKY HD Box

    Hi all,

    I have a Thompson HD Box which was installed in November 08. It is now on a daily basis crashing with blue screen meaning I need to switch off/on to reset. I have also noticed that when I am recording a programme some channels (inc all the C4 channels) become unwatchable due to scrambled signal. Is the box on the way out? I want to make sure if it is I get it sorted under warranty.

    Seeing that its still under warranty, why dont you give Sky a call and ask them to send out an engineer to replace the box and state your case and im sure they will have to do it.
