BA Upgrade?

Long shot I know but I’m currently booked on a Long Haul BA flight in WT+, I want to upgrade to Club World using my points\miles but they tell me I can’t because I booked through a travel agent (which I have to for work), - is there any way around this? Thanks.

It's usually dependant on Booking Class (Y,M,Q etc) check your ticket, as if it's a discounted/promo fare it's unlikely to be allowed, at least with SAS/Star Alliance. Does BA offer upgrade for points at check in? Checkout www.flyertalk.com
