maybe im just blind, but does cubase sx 123 have any plugin to delay tracks by a specified sample count ?

( not a sound effect delay - a playback or mix delay )

i cant seem to find it - so guessing it dont.

doesnt need it. already has automatic delay compensation.

you may find certain plugs like t-racks3 too delayed, for them i use mellowmuse ATA ($49)

if you set your global time settings to samples (as oppsed to bars and beats or minutes/seconds) you can click on a waveform and its details appear on a line at the top left of the window (under file edit etc and all the tool buttons) from there you can type the start position of each waveform in samples so you could shift a whole track by a specified number of samples if that helps?

presume you know this but it is does plugin delay compensation automatically.
