Msn trojan virus spreading small warning

I know this should be in the virus section but i figured even for the time being posting here would alert more people. Now normally you can get msn viruses/trojans that message lots of people but i've just got this from 3 people which is spread to I actually downloaded it accidently myself thinking it was msn's profile…

I actually downloaded it accidently myself thinking it was msn's profile page without a second thought its an imgxxxxxx.exe kind of file which scans are negitive with avg and comodo
comes up something like [PHP]
foto?? haha :P http://msn-gallery.net/images.php?=email@domain.xxx[/PHP]
which fooled me for a second
Anyway i've submitted the program to threat expert but i thought i'd warn you guys all the same i'm sure this is pretty common but normally the anti virus picks it up
