NEW YORK, March 16, 2009 – One young citizen takes it upon himself to maintain order during a time of despair in South Park. An all-new episode of "South Park" titled, "The Coon,” premiers on Wednesday, March 18 at 10:00 p.m. on COMEDY CENTRAL.

“The Coon” rises from the trash and takes his place as a lone vigilante who wipes out crime in the town of South Park. A rival superhero appears on the scene in the form of “Mysterion” and challenges the Coon’s place as a “symbol” for the town.

Launched in 1997, "South Park," now in its 13th season, remains the highest-rated series on COMEDY CENTRAL. "South Park" repeats Wednesdays at 12:00 a.m., Thursdays at 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. and Sundays at 11:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.

hmm it looks ok tbh, but for some reason it's reminding me a lot of the pandemic episodes that were aired last year.

well like that did they are obviously taking the piss out of another movie here, this time Batman. I like the look of this ep and it has imo a lot more potential than the jonas bros season premiere

Was quite funny, Professor Chaos is a great idea and I always love seeing more of him.

I just wish they would stop basing almost every ep on celebrities movies or the latest fad and concentrate more on the boys and the people in South Park.A lot of what used to be prominent charachters we rarely see anymore.Though I will continue to watch it this show definately isint as good as it once was,though I suppose that is to be expected with any show which is now in its 13th season.

Can't say I was all that impressed with this episode tbh. Saw the whole not-really-revealling who Mysterion was coming.

yes there was been better eps but i enjoyed this one and it was an improvement as i suspected on the first ep of S13.

Who is Myserion?

Gotta guess its Stan as hes one of the people Cartman mentioned from Garisons class that is most likely to turn to Kyle (his Alfred) for help.

i thought it was quite funny, really loved the bit where

mysterion and chaos are fighting (your bullets will have no effect on him!)

not a top class SP, but still a million miles ahead of anything simpsons and family guy have to offer

It was pretty good. It started off well but kind of got lost in the middle and got itself together again for the end. The Professor Chaos stuff was really good.
