what interface for sound forge 9 and sony acid

hi, i recently got sony acid pro 7 and sound forge 9. Im used to using a roland br1200 for recording so using this software is alien to me so please bare with me when i ask silly questions! I want know firstly what i need to record mic's and guitars onto my computer. I take it thats its and interface of some sort. I dont have too much money to spend on this gear so im looking for advice on middle of the road equipment

what would you guys recommend off the x music website?

I use a Tascam U122L to record guitars and vocals into Acid. I'm very happy with the results (good mics and cables required)

Duet is Mac only

Oh yeah. I forgot to say "get a mac". No just kidding. Theres loads of great interfaces out there. Theres often one or two on adverts.ie, where you can get some great deals.
