Same as the above, I thought it was going to be real diddley-i sorta usual ****e, but was actual pretty decent.

Richie came across as a bit of a cheeky cockney type chap, not a knob like I thought he was.

Overall, I thought we came off in a good light:)

decent bit cringe though about why its great to be irish but in fairness the fisherman chap lived in denmark so it wasn't some 'ah sure i never been anywhere else but ireland isnt it feckin great'

irish people are alright, when they're good they're very good.

i sort of like your man whenever i see him. hes ok.

You have to be a Sky customer for that though, right?

Fast forwarded though it out of curiosity on Sky Anytime this morning. I was fairly impressed that they ticked a lot of boxes of what I would consider what Irish culture is.

Yes lots have irish ancestors etc but my experience has generally been of the patronising like of the Oirish. Like we do have leprechauns and are drunk on Guinness 24/7. That underlying superiority complex is something that's gonna take yrs to die.

not a great time to be irish at all. i'd probably go to a match if we ever played them and bring my massive EU flag just to piss off the BNP types.
