    Hi there, just wondering is there any good way to find out a history of a car, i have 2 uk imports here, im the first irish owner of one of them but the other has had 4 irish owners before me, mainly for my own curiosity really but id like to know a bit about its history

    cartell.ie should give some info anyway. Its not free however.

    as above, plus hpi check for the uk bit. 4 owners is not a bit sus surely? Cant be in long can it?

    Sorry it was 3 owners since its import in 2000 4 including myself, yeah its a lot of owners alright,

    In fairness 3 owners in 9 years is not too much to worry about.

    Along with the car history check make sure to get a mechanic to inspect the car prior to buying it.

    yeah not too bad, she was off the road for a year or so when i bought her just before xmas, needs work but im happy enough to do it, i have the other UK import here to drive while that one is under construction
