new game / trade in offers advice

Hey all ,

Im mad to get stuck into some gaming today ad have a few games that i dont mind getting rid of , where is the best place to trade in games (like them trade two get one free )

What games out there at the moment are must have for ps3 .

Glico Man

Must haves are MGS4, Killzone 2, COD4, Fallout 3 (just for the shear size of it and the fact its pretty decent to play) and Sega Megadrive Collection (just cos it reminds me of my youth).

I've no real opinion on where to trade games cos no matter where I go I get raped on the price. GAME gave me €10 for The Darkness the week after I bought it, SMYTHS gave me €15 for Need for Speed Prostreet the week after I got it. I don't even bother going to GAMESTOP cos they would only give me €15 for 5 games that I didn't play anymore

Xtra Vision is good apparently, though I haven't actually used them myself. Game Stop are the worst.

Yeah I'd avoid Gamestop as they practically want you to pay them to take the old games off your hands.

As for must have games to get, the best current game is Killzone 2. I finished it yesterday and was sorry that it was over. In my humble opinion, thats a good indicator of a great game, i.e. you miss playing it.

Others to consider would be:
Uncharted (over a year old now but anyone who bought it loved it),

COD4 (probably the best online shooter and its addictive as hell) and finally

Dead Space (the creepiest game I've played in a long while - try playing it in the dark with a good surround system).

xtra vision i always find the best. avoid gamestop, i wanted to trade in shaun white snowboarding bout 2 weeks after it came out they offered me €8 in gamestop but i got€17 for it in xtravision.. im stuck in2 resident evil 5 at the mo and find it brilliant( story, graphics, new monsters etc)

Wanted to get new Resi 5, so was looking to trade in MGS4 and Tiger Woods 09 HMV and Game both offered 11 for MGS and 22 for TW09... 33 in total...

Gamestop offered me 22 and that was with 20% extra for trade ins against Resi 5... biggest shower of w4nkers!

Anyway traded in TW and 10% student discount in HMV got it for 20euros... perfect!

In GAMEI traded in Pursuit of Happiness and got 14 the orange box and got 8 formula 1 and got 14 (amazingly) and a broken uncharted and got 5euro so then I had 47.50 on my card so got RE5 and SFIV for 1.50euro..RE5 is class but SFIV sucks badly :mad::(

Looking to trade in a Wii in mint condition, bought in xtra vision last christmas but the novelty has worn off. Where would i go to the the best trade in value, i'd be looking for a voucher to spend in the shop in the coming months on new PS3 games.
