    I found one on entertainment.ie

    http://entertainment.ie/Other/feature/Running-Man/6/129.htm

Anyone know if there are any others around the web? I'm looking to do my first triathlon this year, and need motivation!

Also, what would be a good first Triathlon?

    Cheers folks

Maybe have a look at some of the training logs on here? Make sure you take a deep breath before reading Hunnymonster's log though ;)

For some serious stuff go to the training section of the eightlane website where a lot of good Brits post their logs.

Just looking through that now and it seems a great read, Ill definitely bookmark it...the latest entry is pretty devastating for him though:(

Any other good elite blogs that are added to pretty regularly? I know a good few athletes have these blogs but most seem to only pop in every few months:(
