    i,ve got a golden retriever. now i know that it probably sounds mad that i'm thinkin of training a golden retriever, but i,ve had him out with me a couple of times now and he seems very keen to please. he has no problem with heavy cover and cant be kept out of the water so i was thinking about trying to do some more training on him.

    Hey there Bobby, I'd recommend these books ;

    Complete Gundog By John Humphreys or,

    Working Gundogs by Martin Deeley.

    Both are great reads full of good tips and techniques.
