Would anyone have any Irish case law relating to this?

Particulary in relation to sexual assault and sado masochism as in R v Brown.

I have plenty of cases but not much Irish ones at all!

    Appreciate any help!

You could have a look at R. v. Wilson [1996] 3 WLR 125, it's another "interesting" case along the lines of Brown, but not that extreme.

The CCA defines consent in DPP v. C [2001] 3 IR 345, there's not really that many Irish cases on consent re sexual assault as far as I can see.
