Healthy "Manly" snacks

Inspired by this post, are you aware of any snacks that are not your usual "Special K with Dingleberries" or "Slim-fast low-cal girl snack"? In other words, snacks that you might have with a beer, or a whiskey, or just in general?

Snacks that are not high in sugar and fat, are what I am specifically thinking about.

I'll get the ball rolling with Lidl. In there, I found a large bag of monkey nuts, roasted, in their shells and no salt. Really tasty, and not too much badness in there.

    So any more?

I got a nice bag of mixed nuts from Superquinn - theyre own brand and have pe/monkey nuts (unshelled of cours), brazilnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts - unroasted and tasty as feck. it's easy to gorge on them and have enough fiber in ya for a monster poop though! :)

Natural Valley Granola Bars are nice and very crunchy so the accompaning beer helps them go down.

Not sure this is what Tom had in mind...let's stick to properly 'healthy' snacks ;)

Oahhhh... mmm... for real? Where can you get this? Probably only Texas, right?

Seriously though, there are people who would buy that if they made it!
