    Hi all,
Bought a second hand mac mini and looking to upgrade the hard disk.

Don't really fancy doing it myself - Happy to throw someone a few quid to do it for me

Failing that anyone know of a such a service?

Based in Dublin by the way

    Cheers,
    Sean

    viboy,

its a cinch to take apart, you just need a putty knife, painters knife or similar to remove the case, it just clips off then its only 8 screws to remove the hdd, this guide should make it clearer, its all in all about 20 minutes work for your first time.

It's very easy to upgrade once you get the case open - and that isn't too difficult either.

Check out the support section of Macsales - they've got videos showing how this can be done - for both PowerPC and Intel machines.
